We’ll be hearing one case, 443 Cross Street, for a proposed construction of a two-story rear addition as part of a single family home requesting a 25% open space variance, where a minimum 30% is required for interior lots in a RSA-5 (formerly R10-A) zone. We will be hearing short presentations from:

  • Recycling Bank
  • Big Brothers Big Sisters

We will discuss plans to move our monthly meetings to a new location in May and we’d like to hear your thoughts!
In addition we’ll have our usual committee reports to share our efforts to make our neighborhood safer, closer, cleaner and greener in 2012!

December meeting on 12/19 at 7pm

Please join us for our last general membership meeting of 2011. As usual it will be held at the Municipal Building at 11th & Wharton Streets and starts promptly at 7pm.

We’ll have snacks and refreshments. We’ll also be taking donations of old blankets and towels, detergent and pet food for the PAWS pet shelter (www.phillypaws.org).
